Proyas believes that all human beings have creativeness, if they get the opportunity to know or to be aware regarding their power and potentials, they can change the direction of their lives and can also change the social norms and practices for the betterment of their livelihood status. Social justice and self-reliance can be achieved if the voice of the majority people and their participation in their own development can be ensured in decision-making practice. Proyas further believes that time has come to talk about people’s development and to precisely think about people’s participation in the holistic development initiatives which is the most significant factors for an effective development strategy.
